Crafted using selected oolong tea processing methods and a light roasting technique (Level 1 roast), this tea preserves the original fresh fragrance and distinct character (Cha Yun) of oolong. At the same time, the gentle roasting subtly coaxes out elegant notes of toasted nuts and grains.
The tea liquor is a brilliant, translucent golden yellow, carrying a refined and delicate aroma. On the palate, it is crisp, refreshing, and smooth; the aromatic layers beautifully transition from floral, fruity, and herbal notes into a soft, roasted fragrance. The mouthfeel is delicate rather than heavy, finishing with a lingering, sweet, and refreshing aftertaste.
