Shuixian (Water Narcissus) is a specific tea cultivar name. Due to its distinctive aroma and exceptionally rich, mellow flavor, it is widely used in making oolong tea to fully bring out its greatest qualities.
The leaves of Shuixian Oolong are thick, plump, and structurally complete, showing a dark green color with brownish undertones. Thanks to medium fermentation and roasting, the tea develops an aroma layered with orchid, fruit, and roasted notes. The liquor is a clear, translucent brownish-orange, delivering a smooth, robust, and full-bodied mouthfeel that finishes with a sweet, distinctly structured tea aftertaste.
