Also known as Taiwan Tea No. 12, “27 Zi,” this is a distinctive tea cultivar grown at elevations of approximately 1,000–2,000 meters.
When processed into a lightly fermented oolong tea, it is renowned for its delicate floral aroma and signature milk candy-like fragrance or subtle milky notes. The overall palate is smooth, mellow, and gentle, with a refreshing, clean finish and little to no bitterness or astringency.
