Tapioca pearl was composed of amylum. It will lose water gradually when put in cold storage, and cause amylum got aging.
A taste of aging amylum will be hard.
No matter you use a pearl cooker or a pot to cook your tapioca pearls, please serve your tapioca pearls on room temperature.
The best before of tapioca pearls is 3 hours. Please take note that need to finish tapioca pearls if after 3 hours ASAP.
DO NOT put rest tapioca pearls in cold storage and eat them on the next day!
