There are four types of green tea

This post will divide into four parts to introduce these four types, and let’s start with fried green tea.
Fried green tea, it uses light fire to make tea in pot becomes withering to reach the purpose “dry”.
And because of different stress of machine or handcraft,
The appearance of tea can present as string, round, sector, pin and conch type… etc.
So it will separate inyo long fried, round fried and flat fried.
The appearance of long fried looks like brow, and round fried are round and tight.
Also, flat fried are flat while glossy.
