Produced in Sri Lanka’s renowned high-elevation Uva region, this tea develops its distinctive character under the area’s unique mountain climate and cool seasonal monsoon winds, which impart an elegant and captivating aroma.
The tea liquor displays a reddish-copper hue with a bright, lifted fragrance. It offers delicate hints of mint alongside floral and fruity notes. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied with a clear, well-defined tea character. The finish is clean and gently sweet with a refreshing cool sensation, making it one of Sri Lanka’s three major high-grown black teas.
