Today we use a simple way to make a creative tea to make creative beverage: lemon black tea.

Use water to soak chia seeds.

Cold water needs around 5 mins, and hot water needs 3 mins

Once water becomes viscous, chia seeds become dilated and transparent.

Chia seeds are edible in this condition.

Add edible chia seeds into lemon black tea

Also, add some ice and stir evenly.
