Taiwan produces tea in four seasons, but which is the tea of the best quality?

Tea can be classified into Spring Tea, Summer Tea, Autumn Tea and Winter Tea by seasons. Among the tea, Spring Tea and Winter Tea are the best tea in a whole year, which both can be brewed several times.
The tea harvested during the middle of March to the beginning of May are called as Spring Tea.
The tea harvested during the end of October to the end of November are called as Winter Tea.

Winter Tea has fragrant flavor and Spring Tea has strong flavor. Tea trees will rest during autumn and winter. Then the temperature will be fine it will have plentiful rain in spring, which can make the tea sprouts emerald green and have strong flavor.
